"Veronica exceeded my expectations"

I was hesitant at first because I worked with several agents and I felt all of them were the same. I still wanted to sell so I took a chance and I am so thankful that I took that chance. Veronica exceeded my expectations.. she went above and beyond. Not many agents can do what she can. The moment I met her I knew right away she was very knowledgeable.. she answered all my questions with ease and best of all she is very straighforward with all her answers... no pretensions.. no bearing around the bush. If you want the best there in this industry, it's gotta be Veronica. She proved to me that not all agents are the same. Thank you Veronica for all your help!!

She has excellent negotiation skills if you want to sell your home for the best price.. no other agents can do what she can do. I worked with several agents and only Veronica did the job very well. She is super knowledgeable and knows everything there is with regard to selling homes.. super approachable too! Getting her as my agent is the best decision ever!!

Veronica helped us find the perfect home. My husband and I went to an open house she was hosting and explained to her what we've been searching for. She listened, understood, and knew exactly the kind of house we would like. It was pretty amazing considering this was the first time we had met her! Veronica is extremely insightful, responsive and knowledgeable of the town/community. And, if she wasn't sure, would not pretend to know. As a customer, you want someone who is honest and truly trying to find the right home for you. She was great from start to close. Highly recommend her. I walked into the home and found Veronica to be more attentive to my needs instead of trying to sell me a home she had on hand. Before that day, I stopped answering calls from my agent because he didn't work to look for what i asked for. Veronica on the other had, asked me all the proper questions and it was then that i decided to make her my agent, best decision of my life. Veronica spent her weekends showing me homes that fit my needs and i could tell that she worked hard to not waste my time (or hers) . After only several weekends, Veronica delivered and i couldn't be happier. As a first time home buyer, Veronica was super helpful and even had lots of contacts to make my life easier. She not only recommended a good mortgage company for me to use, but also a home inspector, lawyer and solar company, all of which i DID use and all of which were fast, excellent and economical.
